About the Forum on Entrepreneurship & Law
The Forum on Entrepreneurship & Law is a student-managed and edited blog that explores substantive legal and business issues affecting entrepreneurs and startups. Established to provide an equitable and accessible platform, the Forum gives law students the opportunity to write high-quality, research-based articles. Participation is open to all Villanova Law students—no competition required. The Forum is proudly supported by the John F. Scarpa Center for Entrepreneurship & Law.
The John F. Scarpa Center for Entrepreneurship & Law
Established in 2013, the John F. Scarpa Center for Entrepreneurship and Law sits at the intersection of scholarship and innovation. The Center provides Villanova students with opportunities to learn from practicing attorneys, entrepreneurs, and thought leaders in business and law. Every Villanova law student will engage with the Center's curriculum during their time at the Charles Widger School of Law. The Center also serves as the law school's liaison with Villanova University's breadth of entrepreneurship education, including the Institute for Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
